Triansel Gas Limited is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) company entered by Chimons Gas Limited and the Nigeria Content Development and management Board (NCDMB) at 59.1% and 40.9% equity stake respectively.

The terminal will serve as a holding facility for Chimons Gas Ltd and other 3rd party companies While earning Throughput fees in the process.

CONSTRUCTION STATUS UPDATE:

The construction of the 5.525 Mt LPG facility started effectively in August 2021, and the project execution is going smoothly as planned. Several milestones have been achieved and the prospect of completing the project on schedule is high.

This strategic partnership with the NCDMB is currently making remarkable strides in the construction of a cutting-edge LPG storage terminal in Koko, Delta State. This state-of-the-art facility boasts a substantial capacity of 5,525 metric tonnes for Butane and 3,000 metric tonnes for Propane.

This terminal will be perfectly equipped to accommodate medium-sized vessels, facilitating the handling of an estimated 156,000 metric tonnes of LPG annually. Furthermore, it will serve as a critical storage hub for LPG trucks originating from inland sources.
